| Terms and Conditions:
1. For all Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly,
Yearly and Tailored Packages Charges are need
to be payable in Advance and an Agreement will
be signed between Samdisha Software Research &
Development Center Pvt. Ltd. (SSRDC) and your
Company for this.
2. SSRDC gives 30 days Money Back Guarantee subject
to Terms and Conditions. If not satisfied SSRDC
will return your amount after deducting 10% as
the operational expenses.
3. For Flat Packages SSRDC and your Company will
have to undergo minimum 1 Year Agreement with
minimum number of People to be recruited should
not be less then 30 People.
4. For Premium Package SSRDC and your Company
will have to undergo minimum 1 Year Agreement
with minimum number of people recruited should
not be less then 20.
5. All payments are to be made in favor of “Samdisha
Software Research & Development Center Pvt.
Ltd.”. Cheque / Drafts / Pay Orders
need to be payable at Delhi.
